Raising money for charity is a big part of the Bupa Great Edinburgh Run experience for many runners.
You may be able to run for a charity by agreeing to raise sponsorship money.

Macmillan Cancer Support
1 in 3 of us will get cancer and it's the toughest fight most of us will ever face. Help support people and their families living with cancer by joining Team Macmillan in the Bupa Great Edinburgh Run.
The Stroke Association
150,000 people have a stroke every year in the UK. We are the Stroke Association. We believe in life after stroke. We campaign to improve stroke care and support people to make the best possible recovery. We fund research to develop new treatments and ways to prevent stroke.
Sunday Mail Centenary Fund
The Sunday Mail Centenary Fund is raising £1m for 17 Scottish Charities.
These include Calum's Cabin, Shelter Scotland, Kilbryde Hospice, RNIB Scotland and many more.
