QHELP! I CAN NOT REMEMBER MY USER NAME OR PASSWORD?
AAll runners are now required to create a login profile before you register for any greatrun event. Once you have created a profile you will be able to re-use this to enter any other Great Run event in the future. Each login profile must have a unique user name however may use the same email address for many profiles (family entry). If you have already created a profile, however are unsure of your login details please use the ‘forgot my password’ section. Please also note that if you are an existing user, your email address in most instances is your user name. If you are still having problems logging on, please call our Customer Services Team on 0845 389 2200 who will ask you a few security questions and then re-confirm your login details. Once logged in, you will be able to click at the top of the page on the section called ‘my details’ and amend if necessary.

AAt the moment our website is experiencing high volumes of traffic We would recommend to log on early evening or at a low peak time.

All runners are now required to create a login profile before you register for any greatrun event. Once you have created a profile you will be able to re-use this to enter any other Great Run event in the future. QHELP! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RACE PACK FOR THE 2008 GREAT IRELAND RUN?
AAll race packs have now been mailed to all confirmed entrants, unless you entered after the 25th March in which case your pack will be need to be collected on the following days.

Friday 12 noon till 7pm - Lifestyle Sports, Blanchardstown Fashion Retail Park, Dublin 15

Saturday 10am to 4pm – Phoenix Park

Sunday 9am to 11am – Phoenix Park

All race packs should be received no later than Tuesday 1st April 2008. If your race pack does not arrive before event day we will be available on the following days to pick up a duplicate race pack and t-shirt:

If you race pack does not arrive you can collect a duplicate from the following information points:

Thursday 1st May 12pm till 6pm or Friday 2nd May 10am till 6pm

Saturday 10am till 4pm we will be situated within the information marquee located within The Meadows.

We will also taking late entries on Thursday, Friday and Saturday if any of your friends or family wishes to enter. Cash and cheques only.

QHELP! I AM ENTERED INTO THE 2008 Bupa GREAT MANCHESTER RUN BUT I HAVE SINCE CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
AOur database has now been passed to our mailing house and all race packs and information have been despatched. Unfortunately we are unable to stop your race pack being sent to your old address. Please email info@greatrun.org with your full name old and new address and we will arrange to amend for future reference.

Any undelivered race packs will be returned to us and we will endeavour to re-direct to your new address, however if your race pack does not arrive by 13th May 2008, you can collect a duplicate number and race chip the following information points:

Saturday 17th May - Manchester Central (formally G-Mex) from 12am till 5pm

Sunday 18th May - Manchester Central (formally G-Mex) from 7:30am

QHelp! I have not received my race pack for the 2008 Carnegie Great Student Run?
AAll race packs have been mailed unless you entered on or after the 1st May 2008 in which case you will need to collect your race pack from the information point on race day. The information point will be located on the Acre (Headingley Campus Leeds Met Uni) close to the finish line.
