Cycle for Charity

Help raise money for charity as well as bringing your own unique and personal stories to our event.
A wide range of charities are involved in the Great Manchester Cycle and many of them can offer you a guaranteed place in the saddle.
If you are planning on tackling the 13/26/53 miles, why not do some good and pedal for charity?

Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support

The face of cancer is changing and we need your help now more than ever. There are 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today and that is set to rise to 4 million over the next 15 years.

Every single day in Greater Manchester, a staggering 37 people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Macmillan wants to make sure that none of them and the people affected by their diagnosis have to face it alone. In 2013 Macmillan invested over £3.2m in services and we couldn’t do that without people in our team.

Macmillan isn't just made up of nurses, support lines and grants. We are made up of every person who raises money, gives their time and shares their experiences with us.

AS LONG AS WE'RE ALL MACMILLAN, NO ONE WILL FACE CANCER ALONE
