The Chronicle Sunshine Fund provides specialist equipment to children with disabilities in the North East of England. Individuals, groups, registered organisations, special and mainstream schools and hospitals can ask for support to improve the lives of children with disabilities aged from birth up until their 19th birthday. We receive requests to provide items such as trikes, powered wheelchairs, beds, sensory equipment, IT equipment, specialised seating and hydrotherapy systems. This equipment is not supplied or funded by the NHS or Social Services.
