WEIGHT TRAINING & CONDITIONING
Circuit Training

What is it?

A fast-paced class in which the athlete exercises for 30 seconds on each individual station before moving onto the next.

Aims
To increase overall body strength and aerobic fitness.

The Class

Shuttle runs Cycling Squat thrusts
Leg shoots Leg raises Bench press up
Bunny jumps Tricep dips Straddle jumps
Sit up Press up Burpees

One set for beginners. Two sets with a five minute rest for more experienced runners.
