Suffolk Market Events

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Suffolk Market Events deliver award winning farmers’ markets across Suffolk for the 2018 Simplyhealth Great East Run.

They'll be bringing a range of fantastic traders to the event village in Ipswich on Sunday 16 September, giving participants and spectators a chance to enjoy some of the region’s very best, locally produced food and drink. At Suffolk Market Events they really do care about the provenance of their food. Everything sold in their markets has been produced by the person selling it and nothing will have travelled further than fifty miles to be at the event. Showcasing the highest quality, locally sourced food it's made available all day so that the last runner across the finish line gets the same choice as the first one.

Confirmed outlets include:

Suffolk Coffee Pod - real coffee plus tea, hot choc and cold drinks.

Crepe de Paris - sweet and savoury crepes incl G-F options.

The Flying Chef - chargrilled traditional sausages in rolls with relish.
