The Bradley Lowery Foundation aims to support families who are fundraising for treatment or equipment, which is not available on the NHS. This includes all illnesses and conditions.
The Christie
The Christie
The Christie charity is committed to revolutionising the fight against cancer by funding world reaching research, treatment and care, education and additional support services. Everything The Christie charity helps to fund is outside the scope of the NHS. This means we rely, almost entirely, on kindness of people who come forward to support the additional research, the next new treatment and even better care for our patients at The Christie. With 81p in every pound raised going to directly to patients, our fundraisers allow us to continue to go above and beyond for our patients and their families, and ultimately bring us a step closer to a future without cancer.
The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation
The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation
Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only UK lung cancer charity dedicated to helping everyone affected by the disease. Since 1990, when the charity was set up by Professor Ray Donnelly, we have funded millions of pounds of essential lung cancer research, looking for ways to detect the disease as early as possible and save lives. We support everyone affected by lung cancer – from diagnosis, through treatment, living with the disease and end of life care. We raise awareness, prevent future generations from getting it and challenge the misconceptions of lung cancer. We do all this so those diagnosed can live well with lung cancer for as long as possible. 0333 323 7200
The Sick Children's Trust
The Sick Children's Trust
The Sick Children's Trust is the charity that gives families with a seriously ill child in hospital a comfortable place to stay and a friendly ear to listen in one of our ten ‘Homes from Home'. Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing families with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the hospital means that they can be by their sick child's side and have one less thing to worry about.
