Yorkshire based online sports retail provider Sportsshoes.com have partnered with Great Run Local to be the official retail provider for 2018.
Great Run Local is a not for profit foundation of the Great Run Company and supports volunteers and communities in delivering free 2km and 5km runs around the UK. Having started the events in Manchester in 2013, the series of events has gradually grown to Glasgow, North East England, Birmingham, Suffolk, the South Coast and London, including the only weekly running event at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. Events are for all abilities of runners and walkers with particular focus on supporting beginner runners and families.
