If you entered before this date, or rolled over your 2020 entry, you will receive an email with a link to claim your refund and the information needed.
To request a refund for your 2021 Great Scottish Run entry, please complete the form below.
You will need to enter the last 7 digits of your Great Run Registration ID. Your Great Run Registration ID is the unique reference number found in your event entry confirmation email. e.g. if your reference is SON20S2878R3637354, enter 3637354.
The deadline for refund requests is 10am on 10 August and refunds will be processed after this date.
The refund will be your cost of entry minus a £5 administrative fee, as detailed in the terms and conditions at the point of entry. This fee covers some, but not all, of the costs we have already committed, such as fees charged to us to process the original booking, staff and supplier costs, and third-party payment providers. This is very much in line with other event and ticket providers across the industry.
Charity or Business Challenge entrants: If you have a charity place or business challenge place you cannot use this form to request a refund. The charity or your business challenge contact will be in touch with you directly.
