TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry to the competition is only open to entrants of a 2022 Great Run Series event. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being run by Clif Bar Europe B.V. Basisweg 10, 1043 AP, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Eligibility to enter

The prize draw is open to all entrants over 18 years of age only

In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win.

Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner) of Clif Bar Europe B.V. and /or those associated with the operation or promotion of the prize draw, are ineligible to enter. Any such entries are invalid.

The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

The prize draw is open to all Great Run Series 2022 entrants and closes 7 days following each event. Closing dates are:

Great Birmingham Run – 23:59 on Sunday 8th May 2022

Great Manchester Run – 23:59 on Sunday 29th May 2022

Great North 10k – 23:59 on Sunday 10th July 2022

Great North Run – 23:59 on Sunday 18th September 2022

Great Bristol Run – 23:59 on Sunday 2nd October 2022

Great Scottish Run – 23:59 on Sunday 9th October 2022

Great South Run – 23:59 on Sunday 23rd October 2022

Late entries will not be accepted.

We will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

A Clif nutrition bundle will be awarded to two competition entrants for each Great Run Series event. Each prize will consist of:

• 2 x caddies of Clif Bars (24 units)
• 1 x caddy of Clif Bloks (18 units)

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The flavours of product offered as a prize may differ from those in the image.

We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of Clif Bar Europe B.V. regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

The winner will be notified within 10 working days following the closing date for each event.

Great Run, on behalf of Clif Bar Europe will attempt to contact winners by email up to two times. If contact is not made, the prize will be forfeited.

Claiming the prize

Following contact with the winners the prizes will be sent out within the next 28 days.

Data protection and publicity

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by the Clif Bar Europe B.V. for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

Limitation of Liability

Clif Bar Europe B.V. does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for the prize.

General

Clif Bar Europe B.V. reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
