Great South Run
The South coast’s biggest and best running event takes place in Portsmouth over a fast and flat 10 mile route. The Great South Run is part of an incredible weekend of running that includes 5k and the Junior Mini Great South Run on Saturday.
Run through history on a unique 10 mile course that takes you on an unforgettable journey through this proud Naval city. Take in the impressive, HMS Victory, historic dockyard and the glorious seafront. Soak up the atmosphere and music from start to finish, passing high energy entertainment zones at every mile.
This televised event is a popular one and numbers are limited, so get in quick to secure your place on the start line.
We understand that there may be uncertainty over what is and isn’t going to be possible this year, but we want to give you the confidence to book your place knowing exactly what will happen if we can’t deliver the event as planned, or if you are personally effected by the pandemic.
In the scenario of a 2021 event date change or cancellation by us and for whatever reason, all entrants (including 2020 rollovers) will be automatically deferred into the subsequent staging of the event.
