Preparing for a running event can feel daunting, whether you’re a beginner or you’ve already completed a half marathon or two. Follow one of our 10k, half marathon, 10 mile or 5k training plans and you’ll soon be hitting your stride, whatever your pace. Get ready for that incredible finish line feeling!

What You’ll Get

The training plan for your chosen running distance – 5k, 10k, 10 mile, or half marathon – will be available to download here straight away, and we’ll also email you a copy (within 24 hours). There are beginner, improver and run walk levels in each plan (excluding 5k), so you can start with where you’re currently at with your running and go from there. Plans are broken down weekly and include rest days, which are just as important as training days! Here’s a preview…

5k Training Plan

If you’re new to running, or training for your first 5k, our beginner training plan will build you up to completing a 5k distance in 12 weeks. If you’d prefer a shorter challenge, why not take on our Couch to 5k virtual challenge? You will also receive a medal on completion of your 5k run.
