New for 2017 is a 3k course for those that want to be part of the day but don’t want to take on the 10k route just yet. This is an ideal course if your new to running or on a new fitness plan.
The 3k course will also have a special wave for ‘mummies-n-buggies’ so that mums can take part with their newest family members (baby boys allowed for this race too!!).
Places for the 3k are limited in year 1 so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
For information on when it is safe to start running with your child or post pregnancy please speak to your doctor.
Finishers will receive a medal and bottle of water post race.
