Simplyhealth Junior and Mini Great Tees Run

Congratulations to everyone who took on the 2018 Simplyhealth Junior and Mini Great Tees Run. We haven't opened entries for 2019 just yet but sign up to our reminder service and be the first to know when we do.

Give your children the chance to experience their own finish line moment and wear their medals with pride at this new event open to any budding runners aged 3-14.

The Courses

Junior Course

Mini Course

Both of the Junior and Mini routes start on Riverside Road, lining up in the same place as 1,000 others for the Simplyhealth Great Tees 10k, which takes place later in the day.

The young runners will travel along the the north side of the River Tees, with the Mini runners turning right to cross the Infinity Bridge while Junior runners continue on and cross the river at the Tees Barrage.

Both of the runs then return along the river’s south side, crossing the Millennium Footbridge, and head back to the finish line on Riverside Road.

Please note: the course may be subject to change.
