FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This prize draw promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, & Northern Ireland)
2. Participants must be aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Internet access to the promotional site, and participant registration will be required for entry.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Only one (1) entry per person via the promotional website throughout the duration of the promotion.
6. Any entrant trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities, entering on behalf of others, or otherwise acting in a manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from this promotion.
7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force, or any other automated means, that person’s claim(s) will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

Promotional Period:

8. The promotional period will be open to all valid entries, between 08:00 01/08/2023 to 18:00 31/12/2023
9. Entries made prior to these dates and times or after the closing date will not qualify for entry into the applicable monthly prize draw.

Entry requirements

10. To enter:

    2. Complete your personal details as requested: Full Name, email address and county of residence.
    3. Entrants will need to confirm they are over 18.
    4. Click enter.

11. On submission of the entry into the monthly prize draw, entrants will see an onscreen message confirming their entry.
12. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
13. No duplicate entries will be accepted

Prize, winner selection and notification

14. Each month three winners will win the following prize bundles:

15. No cash or other alternative will be available in lieu of the stated prizes except in the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, in whole or part, of equal or greater value. The prize image is for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual prize
16. The winners will be drawn at random via an independently verified computer programme from all valid entries received by the stated monthly closing date.
17. The draw will take place within 2 working days of the monthly closing period, with 5 draws in total across the promotional period. Draw periods run between 08:00 01/08/2023 to 18:00 31/12/2023

1. Draw Period 1 – 08:00 01/08/2023 to 23:59:59 31/08/2023
2. Draw Period 2 – 00:00 01/09/2023 to 23:59:59 30/09/2023
3. Draw Period 3 – 00:00 01/10/2023 to 23:59:59 31/10/2023
4. Draw Period 4 – 00:00 01/11/2023 to 23:59:59 30/11/2023
5. Draw Period 5 – 00:00 01/12/2023 to 18:00 31/12/2023

18. There are three prizes available to be won each month (15 prizes in total across the promotion). The winners only will, be contacted on the email used on entry.
19. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
20. Inaccurate information may result in a prize being forfeited. Please retain winning communication until any prize has been verified. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. The first three valid entries drawn will be deemed the winners for each applicable monthly draw. If any winner cannot be contacted within 7 days and after three attempts, or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any reason, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize will pass to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original winners. If the reserve winner cannot be contacted within 14 days and after three attempts, or cannot take up the prize, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn. The process will be repeated until a valid winner can be found from the reserves, however, if by 31^st January 2024, a prize has not been awarded then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize completely.
21. Once confirmed details from the winners have been verified then information will be communicated to the winner detailing when the prize bundle will be despatched by Royal Mail tracked service, or the equivalent postal service. The prize will be delivered within 28 days of the confirmation of the relevant win.
22. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. Failure to accept the delivery may result in the prize being returned to the prize provider. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.

GENERAL

23. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding with regards to all promotional matters and will not respond to any correspondence.
24. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
25. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:

1. Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions.
2. Any unauthorised access to entry details at any point in the operation of this promotion.
3. Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted or any loss arising out of such an event.
4. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
5. Inaccessibility or unavailability of, the internet or any combination thereof. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the microsite.

26. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

27. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

28. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and age, which they must provide within 7 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.

29. By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask for their consent as to whether they want to participate in reasonable marketing activities and publicity relating to the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. Winners are not obliged to agree to any request.

30. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the winners’ surnames and counties of residence will be available by sending an email request to solgarinfo@solgar.com with ‘WINNERS LIST: GREAT RUN in the subject line, for a period of 3 months following the close of the promotion date. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with the Promoters Privacy Policy and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing solgarinfo@solgar.com with the subject line GREAT RUN PRIVACY REQUEST. The Promoter nevertheless will disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

31. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

32. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.

DATA PROTECTION

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be made available as set out in the relevant clause above and winners can object to this by emailing solgarinfo@solgar.com.  Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winner(s) accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted three (3) months after closing date with the exception of the winner(s) and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
